Grace Biblical Seminary is not eligible for federal student loans.

Student Application/Enrollment Fee:
 
*Application/Enrollment Fee (non-refundable): $30.00. 
Due at time submitting application.
If a student becomes inactive for a period of twelve months or longer, they must submit a new application (w/$30.00 non-refundable fee) and re-enroll under the current catalog.
Tuition:
 
Undergraduate Courses: $125.00 per course
Certificate & Diploma Programs,  A.B.S, B.Min., & Th.B. Courses
 
Graduate Courses: $200.00 per course
Certificate Programs, M.Min., M.T.S., & M.Div.
 
Postgraduate Courses: $250.00 per course
Th.M., D.Min., & Th.D.
 
Registration Fees:
*Technology Fee: $10.00 per course

Transient (Guest) Credit Courses:
     Tuition: $400.00 per course
     Registration Fee: $20.00
     Technology Fee: $10.00 per course
 
 
*Graduation/Diploma Fee: $150.00
 
Enrichment (non-credit audited) Courses: $25.00 per course
     Audited courses may not be converted into academic credit at a later date.  Online courses cannot be audited.
 

Conditional Fees:

*Extension Fee (per course): $50.00
     Students must re-register if inactive for three-four months.
 
*Reactivation Fee (per course): $100.00
      Students must re-register if inactive for five-six months.
 

*Official Transcript Fee: $5.00 per transcript

Returned Check Fee: $35.00

 

Textbooks:

Textbook costs vary with the courses taken, and are not included in the tuition. The Seminary reserves the right to change these fees, and it is possible that some increases will be necessary in succeeding years. Every effort is made to keep students expenses as low as possible. 
 
Refund Policy:
 
If a student wishes to terminate his enrollment, a written request must be received in accordance with the following schedule:
 
Tuition (Classroom setting)
 
     100% of tuition for withdrawal before the end of the first week of a given term.
     75% for withdrawal after the second week of a given term.
     No refund will be given for withdrawals after the third week of a given term.
 
Tuition (Online or External programs)
 
     100% of tuition for withdrawal before the end of the first week after receiving tuition.
     75% of tuition for withdrawal before the end of the second week after receiving tuition.
     50% for withdrawal before the third week after receiving tuition.
     No refund will be given for withdrawals after the fourth week after receiving tuition.
 
Transient Credit Student (Guest Students from other institutions):
     90% for withdrawal before 10 days after receiving tuition.
     50% for withdrawal before 15 days after receiving tuition.
     No refund will be given for withdrawals after 15 days after receiving tuition.

 

Payment Policy:
 
All tuition, fees and other required expenses aforementioned are payable at the time of registration in U.S. dollars. All students are required to fulfill all of their financial obligation at the time of registration, unless a tuition payment agreement between the student and Grace Biblical Seminary have been made prior to registration.
 
It is the intention of Grace Biblical Seminary to keep its tuition and fees a economical as possible. The Seminary does, however, reserve the right to raise its tuition and fees without notice, as the need arises.
 
 
*Fees are not refundable regardless of the cause of withdrawal.
Grace Biblical Seminary is not eligible for its student to receive Federal, State grants, or any government loans for tuition purposes.
