STUDENT FORMS FOR ADMISSION 

Three Easy Steps to Become a Student:
 
There’s no reason to wait. Our Admissions Office has streamlined the
application and admission process to make it as simple, fast, and
convenient for you.
 
You will be notified by e-mail when your application has been approved
or denied.
STEP 1.
 
     Complete the Student Application for Admission & Payment/Signature Form.
 
The application process is quick and easy. Please note that a non-refundable application fee of $30.00 must accompany each student application for admission.
 
 
 
If the Application for Admission was emailed to GBS in a Word or PDF document, please print and complete ($30.00 the Payment & Signature form and mail to:

     Admission Office
     P.O. Box 2707
     McDonough, GA 30253
 
 
STEP 2.
 
     Request your official transcript(s) to be sent directly to GBS.
 
The official transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution to Grace Biblical Seminary.  An official high school transcript or G.E.D. is required for students who have not attended college.
 
 
 
STEP 3.
 
     Have your pastor, mentor,  or someone on the pastoral staff to complete the pastor/pastoral staff recommendation  form and mail it directly to GBS.
 
The Pastor or a pastoral staff member must complete and mail this form to GBS.
